the Saudi community and participate in its promising development journey by transferring knowledge and experience.

- Residency in Saudi Arabia with family, including parents, spouses, and children under 25 years old.
- Freedom to move from one establishment to another.
- Exit and re-entry to Saudi Arabia without a visa requirement for the holder of the premium residency and their family members.
- Issuance of visit visas for relatives.
- Use of lanes designated for citizens and GCC nationals at entry points.
- Employment in private sector establishments and freedom of movement between them for the spouse and children.
- Conduct business activities in accordance with investment regulations.
- Ownership and utilization of properties.
- Obtain permanent premium residency upon meeting the conditions.
- Exemption of the primary holder of the premium residency from the Nitaqat program.
Pathway One:
- Nomination or receipt of one of the specified exceptional awards.
- Meeting the minimum financial solvency requirement (ensuring the ability to cover living costs in Saudi Arabia).
- Obtaining a recommendation from the Culture Ministry or the Sports Ministry based on the applicant’s field (the Premium Residency Center coordinates with
- the Sports and Culture Ministries to obtain the recommendation letter on behalf of the applicant for the Talent Residency product).
Pathway Two:
- Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria established by the Culture and Sports Ministries.
- Meeting the minimum financial solvency requirement (ensuring the ability to cover living costs in Saudi Arabia).
- Obtaining a recommendation from the Culture Ministry or the Sports Ministry based on the applicant’s field (the Premium Residency Center coordinates with
- the Sports and Culture Ministries to obtain the recommendation letter on behalf of the applicant for the Talent Residency product).
- A specified five-year residency renewable once upon meeting the product's eligibility criteria.
- Permanent residency upon continued fulfillment of the product’s eligibility criteria and residing for 30 months within 5 consecutive or non-consecutive years.
Financial Cost:
4,000 Saudi Riyals.
