• Residency in Saudi Arabia with family, including parents, spouses, and children under 25 years old.
• Freedom to move from one facility to another.
• The holder of the premium residency and their family can leave and re-enter Saudi Arabia without requiring a visa.
• Issuing visit visas for relatives.
• Using dedicated lanes for citizens and GCC nationals at entry points.
• Working in private sector establishments and moving between them for the spouse and children.
• Conducting business in accordance with the investment system.
• Owning and benefiting from real estate.

• Ownership or utilization of real estate assets valued at no less than 4 million Saudi Riyals in Saudi Arabia.
• The property must not be mortgaged and must not be mortgaged in the future.
• The property type must be residential only.
• The property must be existing, not developed or undeveloped land.
• An accredited valuation of the real estate asset issued by valuers accredited by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers "Taqeem".

All terms are subject to change.

• First Category: A five-year residency with the possibility of renewal once if the eligibility criteria for the first category are continuously met and residency for 30 months within 5 years.
• Second Category: Permanent residency directly conditioned upon creating at least 10 jobs in the first year and at least 10 jobs in the second year.

• Linked to property ownership or utilization.

Financial Fee:

4,000 Saudi Riyals.
