General Benefits:

Residence in Saudi Arabia with family, including parents, spouses, and children under 25 years of age.
Freedom to move from one establishment to another.
The holder of the premium residence and their family members can exit and re-enter Saudi Arabia without a visa requirement.
Issuance of visit visas for relatives.
Use of designated lanes for citizens and GCC nationals at entry points.
Employment in private sector establishments and movement between them for spouses and children.
Engaging in business activities in accordance with the investment system.
Ownership and utilization of real estate.

Eligibility Criteria:

Ownership or use of real estate assets valued at no less than 4 million Saudi Riyals in Saudi Arabia.
The property must not be mortgaged and must not be mortgaged in the future.
The type of property must be residential only.
The property must be existing, not undeveloped or undeveloped land.
An accredited valuation of the real estate asset issued by certified valuers from the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers "Taqeem".

Duration of Residence:

Fixed-term Premium Residence: A fixed-term residence for one year up to 5 years, renewable.
Unlimited-term Premium Residence: Permanent residence.

Financial Consideration:

Fixed-term Premium Residence: 100,000 Saudi Riyals per year, with a 2% discount for each year.
Cumulative discount when applying for more than one year.

Unlimited-term Premium Residence: 800,000 Saudi Riyals.
