- Residency in Saudi Arabia with the family, including parents, spouses, and children under the age of 25.
- Freedom to move between establishments.
- The ability for the premium residency holder and their family members to exit and re-enter Saudi Arabia without a visa requirement.
- Issuing visitor visas for relatives.
- Use of special lanes designated for citizens and GCC nationals at entry points.
- Work in private sector establishments and move between them for the spouse and children.
- Engage in commercial activities according to the investment system.
- Ownership and utilization of properties.
- Obtain permanent premium residency upon meeting the requirements.
- Exemption from the Nitaqat program for the primary holder of premium residency.
1. Researchers and Healthcare & Scientific Talents Track
A- Researchers:
- Employment contract with a specified entity in a priority specialization.
- Total monthly salary of no less than 14,000 SAR.
- Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
- More than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Pass the minimum points system requirement.
- Recommendation letter from the employer.
- Submission of 3 research papers in a related field.
B- Healthcare & Scientific Talents:
- Employment contract with a specified entity in a priority specialization.
- Total monthly salary of no less than 35,000 SAR.
- Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
- More than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Pass the minimum points system requirement.
- Recommendation letter from the employer.
2. Executives Track
- Employment contract in a leadership position (first or second level) with one of the specified entities, with a total monthly salary of no less than 80,000 SAR.
- Recommendation letter from the employer (second level).
- A fixed-term residency of 5 years, renewable once upon meeting the eligibility criteria.
- Permanent residency upon continuing to meet eligibility criteria and residing for 30 months within 5 consecutive or non-consecutive years.
Financial Fee:
4,000 Saudi Riyals.
