General Benefits:

Residency in Saudi Arabia with family, including parents, spouses, and children under the age of 25.

Free movement from one establishment to another.

The holder of the exceptional residency and their family members can leave and return to Saudi Arabia without needing a visa.

Using designated paths for citizens and GCC nationals at the ports.

Special Benefits:

Nominate two team members to obtain exceptional competency residency and exemption from its criteria (e.g., executives).

Exemption from Nitaqat for the first 3 operational years.

For the second category: directly obtaining permanent residency.
Eligibility Criteria:
1- First Category
-
Obtaining the entrepreneurial license from the Ministry of Investment.

Receiving one or more investment rounds from an investment entity approved by the center with a minimum value of 400,000 SAR.

A recommendation letter from the investing entity.

The applicant’s share in the company should not be less than 20%.
2- Second Category
-
Obtaining the entrepreneurial license from the Ministry of Investment.

Receiving one or more investment rounds from an investment entity approved by the center with a value of 15 million SAR from the Ministry of Investment.

A recommendation letter from the investing entity.

The applicant’s share in the startup should not be less than 10%.

Creating at least 10 jobs during the first year and an additional 10 jobs during the second year.

Residency Duration:
-
First Category: Limited residency for five years, renewable once if the first category eligibility criteria are still met, and residency for 30 months within 5 years.

Second Category: Permanent residency directly conditional on creating at least 10 jobs in the first year and 10 additional jobs in the second year.
Financial Consideration:
4,000 SAR.
